We are looking for someone with a great telephone manner, who can rapidly pick up our products and services and use our extensive knowledge base to help customers by phone, online chat and emails. Having some bookkeeping or accounting is essential to minimise the learning curve. Great team to work in at Noosa Junction. Full time preferred with a long term role available

You must be computer literate, used online messaging, be able to find the right information and have good customer service skills.

If you have used accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Reckon or other it will provide you with the knowledge of the technical words and jargon in this field, although some bookkeeping experience is preferred.

This role is a full time position based in our office in Noosa. Our culture? Most days we have a short exercise session (10min). Otherwise, we are very focused on work, in your case php, mysql, javascript, or node JS and mongodb. Are you an accountant or a qualified bookkeeper but love teaching and training clients in Xero?  Would you like to be part of our team? We provide one on one training to businesses that are starting out in Xero, or have used other accounting software but want a rapid refresher in Xero. The training is online with screen sharing software and working with your clients on their data. It is personal, effective, and satisfying.

  • You’re the front line trainer to our customers,
  • You’ll have other trainers in the team
  • You are able to understand our customers’ issues, and help resolve them.
  • You will also provide paid technical support to those who purchase support.

This is a full time, or part time considered as well, position in Australia. As a support and training expert, you will work closely with our front line support staff.  Your skills in accounting or bookkeeping can be put to use to help clients come up to speed with Xero. You will have knowledge of small business accounting software (Xero, MYOB, or Reckon). Above all, you must be personable, have a great telephone manner, and the right attitude. While we would prefer you to be in the office, working from home some of the time is also ok.  Our clients are across Australia.
