When placing an order with Jet Convert via the website or telephone, you confirm that all the details that you have provided are true and correct.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include goods and services tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Although Jet Convert commits to a three business days turnaround time (or five business days for Reckon conversions) from when we can access your data, unforeseen circumstances may not make it possible to meet this time frame. You will be notified within 48 hours from when we access your data as to any delays that may occur or if we are unable to proceed with the conversion.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the conversion service is provided to your expectation because your satisfaction is important to us. If any issues arise as a result of the conversion process we will rectify it at no cost to you, or refund you the full amount paid for the conversion if the problem cannot be resolved.
If accounting data issues exist that are separate to the conversion we are happy to assist as part of our training and consulting services available.
It is our aim to make your move to Xero a fantastic experience. If you do not believe that the training is a great investment at the end of the first session, you’ll receive a full refund of any amount paid for the training.
Note: Training program packages must be used in full within 12 months of purchase. Any training sessions not used in this timeframe will expire.
If we cannot complete your conversion you are entitled to a full refund. We do not provide a refund for cancellation of service.
